Use the Snipd app with Android Auto

With Android Auto support, you can now connect your phone to your car via Android Auto and look for the Snipd app on your car’s dashboard. For this to work, you’ll need a car that supports Android Auto. Not every manufacturer or car model offers Android Auto support but you can check whether yours is on this exhaustive list here.
3 easy ways to create a podcast highlight in your car
We’ve optimized Snipd so that you can create podcast highlights with just one quick tap. The Snipd app on Android Auto is a simplified version to help you concentrate on the road while at the same time making sure you have what you need to listen to and highlight with ease.
There are 3 ways to create a snip via Android Auto.

In order to enable the mini-player while in navigation, you will have to go to Settings,
and then select “Show quick controls for app”
3. Use the “skip back” on your car’s steering wheel control
If you’ve customized your headphone gestures for snipping, this will also affect what gesture you can snip in the car with. You can change these gestures in the You tab -> Settings, and then under ‘Snip with your headphones’.
Highlights will be saved to your Snips library
Every newly created highlight will be saved to your snips Saved library, where you can revise and edit them at a more convenient time. Back on the mobile app, you can organize your snips into collections, export them to your notetaking app or Readwise, or share them with your friends and colleagues.
